Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional organisation or website, enquiry type and a short message. This information is used to read and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss possible next steps.
If you select adaptive tutor early access, your information is also used to contact you about public availability. Please do not include children's names, identifiable learner information, confidential material, credentials or payment details. There is no attachment field.
How enquiries are processed
Formspree processes form submissions and delivers them to Julia's privately configured Gmail recipient. Google processes the resulting email through Gmail. Formspree may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the form, as described in its policy. See Formspree's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
The website is hosted by Render. See Render's privacy policy. These providers may process information outside the UAE under their own data-handling arrangements.
Form text remains on the current page if a submission fails. This website does not save the form text in browser storage.
Website analytics
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to understand visits, page use and general engagement, and Microsoft Clarity to understand interactions through heatmaps and session recordings. The analytics services do not load until you select “Accept analytics”. Advertising storage and ad personalisation are disabled.
The enquiry form is masked from Microsoft Clarity recordings. Please still avoid entering children's information, confidential material, credentials or payment details. Google and Microsoft process analytics information under their own privacy terms and may process it outside the UAE. See Google's privacy policy and Microsoft's privacy statement.
Your analytics choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the website can remember it. You can review or change the choice at any time with the “Analytics choices” control in the footer. Analytics information is retained according to the settings of the relevant Google Analytics property and Microsoft Clarity project.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry information is kept only while it is needed to respond, manage any resulting correspondence or project relationship, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. The appropriate period therefore depends on the nature of the enquiry and whether work follows from it.
You may ask Julia Hanke what personal information is held about you, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing julia@findrezai.com. A request may be limited where information must be retained for legal or record-keeping reasons.

This website does not use advertising trackers or add marketing-consent fields to ordinary enquiries. Fonts and the Findrez AI logo are served with the website. LinkedIn and other external sites apply their own privacy practices when you follow a link to them.
Children's information
This marketing website and enquiry form are intended for adults. A parent or guardian may enquire about adaptive tutor early access, but should not submit a child's name or other identifying information.
Security and changes
Reasonable steps are taken to protect enquiry information, but no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
This information may be updated when the website, its processors or its enquiry practices change. The latest revision date will be shown on this page.
